Morguard’s Family Cluster represents a diverse portfolio of eight shopping centres across Canada, serving a wide range of families and individuals. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Morguard launched the “What’s Your Shopping Joy?” campaign to bring families back into the malls. While effective at the time, the campaign has not evolved, and additional initiatives have lacked cohesion and consistency.
Looking to the future, Morguard is seeking a refreshed marketing strategy that elevates its brand presence, strengthens audience connection, and delivers compelling, flexible campaigns that each mall can customize to suit its
own community.
